**Botox Booking Policy** To ensure the highest standard of care and appropriate clinical assessment, please review our booking policy for Botox treatments: **Advance Booking** Appointments for Botox can only be scheduled **within 72 hours of the current date**. This allows us to maintain flexibility in our clinic schedule and ensure timely consultations for all clients. **Pre-Consultation Call** All clients will receive a **phone call prior to their appointment**. This is an important part of our process and allows us to: * Carry out an initial suitability screening * Discuss your goals and expectations * Answer any questions you may have before attending the clinic Please ensure your contact details are correct at the time of booking, as your appointment may be subject to cancellation if we are unable to reach you. **Consultation Requirement** Botox is a prescription-only treatment and requires a **face-to-face consultation with a qualified prescriber** before treatment can be carried out. **Late Arrivals & Missed Calls** If you miss your pre-consultation call, we will attempt to contact you again. However, failure to complete this step may result in your appointment being rescheduled. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you understand and agree to the above policy.
