The procedure usually takes around 30–45 minutes, and most clients can return to normal activities immediately afterwards. For best results, a course of 2 treatments, spaced 4 weeks apart, is recommended. Maintenance treatments every 6–9 months help prolong the benefits. Aftercare Avoid strenuous exercise, swimming, saunas and steam rooms for 24–48 hours.
